Unexpected Gifts by Elena Aitken is a sweet, hearfelt romance about how love can find you in the most unexpected places. After getting left by her boyfriend when she needed him the most, Andi Williams just wants to forget about Christmas. Even her family has other plans that she was not included in. So, instead of watching everyone else's holiday cheer, she decides to go away for the holiday. However, the place is booked and she ends up meeting Colin, a guy who will changer her life in more ways than one.
This novel is a sweetheart of a romance, making any reader believe that love does come in unexpected ways. It is well written and provide just enough mix of romance, discovery and even a little action that makes the plot work well. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a good love story.
